Hi All,
I am having a nice story in Microsoft word. I want to take the print out of this. But pages are more 20 pages. I want to reduce it by deleting line spacing which is given.

I know how to do using delete button. but It is a time consuming. I want in one instant.

Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.

If you go to Edit - Replace, then click the Special Button. Click "Paragraph Mark" three times for Find What, then "Paragraph Mark" once for Replace With, then click Replace All.

Hi Marbles,

Evidently, someone has been inserting empty paragraphs to achive the desired spacing. You can fix this with a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [^13]{1,}
Replace = ^p
