Why Vlookup isn't working

I have this formula in a column
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(B192,ConsoTB!A:C,3,FALSE)),0,VLOOKUP(B192,ConsoTB!A:C,3,FALSE))
Whilst it is working for all items found in the sheet ConsoTB , it is not working for few matches even when the match exist in the sheet ConsoTB..
What could be the reason !!

please check the data the u r saying to be matching...mey be there r extra spaces..

Possible issues..

(1) The data type of the lookup value might be different from that of the value in the table.

(2) The values of interest might be surrounded with stray spaces or other invisible chars.
