I have an Aged Debt report thanks thats to you guys is working ace.

Now I would like to add a comment system along side this that saves all comments on another sheet and displays the most recent one on the aged debt report.

relevant info.

Sheet Name = Debt Report
Cells A = Customer number (unique)
Cells B-I or not relevant
Cell J will show the latest Comment

Sheet Name = Comments
Cells a = Customer number
Cell b = Comment 1
Cell c = Comment 2 etc....

This is how I would see it working.

I select the customer number in sheet Debt Report and click a button labelled "add comment"

I then get an input box that asks for the comment.

I click OK and it finds the same customer number in sheet Comments and adds the comment to the right hand most cell. (or adds the customer number to the bottom of the sheet & adds the comment to the left.

The Latest comment is then returned in cell "J" on the Debt Report Sheet. This I think will be more complicated than a vlookup??

any help appreciated.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
