Unable to stop selecting cells with mouse

If you are experiencing an issue where you are unable to stop selecting cells when you move the mouse around the worksheet--and have EXTEND mode turned off (if you see "EXT" on the status bar, Extend mode is on and you can press F8 to turn it off), please read the information on the following page:
