I need formula for Duplicate invoice Count
Below is the example for that :-

Months starts in D2

In E2 copy down confirm CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER:

=COUNT(1/FREQUENCY(IF($B$1:$B$15=D2,MATCH($A$1:$A$15,$A$1:$A$15,0)),ROW($B$1:$B$15)-ROW(AA2)+1))

Extend your ranges as needed.
