=DMAX multiple criteria problem

Hello all,

I'm having a problem getting the multiple criteria to work in the below formula.

I displayed it above with colors as it's in the cell.

DRAW_Table has 6 columns consisting of Draw, First, Second, Third , Fourth, and Fifth.

I read the Help files about using the "AND" and "OR" within criteria, but it doesn't seem to want to work.

Would someone take a look at this and please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
