Hi! I need a macro that does this:

Joe de La-Fl'eur = jfleur@test.com

It contcatenates (1) the first letter of the first name and (2) the full last name (after the hyphen) and (3) removes everything but letters.

So when I tell the macro to send an email to the name in A1 (Joe de La-Fl'eur) it will actually send it to jfleur@test.com.

Is there a solution for this? Thank you inadvance!
