which formula?

I cannot fully understand what you want.

With strings (text) we can concatenate them (join them together) so

You can have a formula like
=A1 &" - " &B1 &" - " &C1

or, to do the same thing
=CONCATENATE(A1," - ",B1," - ",C1)

You will see that cell references look like A1,B1,C1
Other text needs quotation character either side eg."text"

I tried this array formula and only get a return in column G. How do I get column(s) H, I, etc. to populate?

(AND, what is the purpose of "SMALL" in this formula? I tried switching it to "LARGE" and got the return of the row below.)

SMALL is there to return the row numbers...

Care to post a small sample along with the desired results?
