Can I link 2 Validation List together?

Hi Guys...

I have two columns with Validation Lists (in cell drop downs). Can I make the second columns list alter depending on the first columns input?

For example: Column A has validation list of the words: Numbers, Letters, Colors...
If someone selects Letters in cell A4, then B4 list shows only a,b,c,d,e... etc

I know I could use some IF formulas in the Column B list but I have about 20 options for column A with about 5-10 list options for each...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
