Hi to you all
with the kind of codes and questions flying on this forum I guess I have a long way to go. In fact I have never written a code in macros or whatever. I don't even know what macros are for except that they are for creating codes to run functions (right????). I only recently activated by developer tab. My use of excel is limited to just entering functions into cells based on other cells. How do I start learning how to write codes and all that is flying up here. As an agricultural economist I think the ability to write your own codes and not to depend on those written by others in E-Views, Limdep etc would be of great help.

Any help here? I seem to be a stranger in wonderland. Help!!!

thanks Crimson...for the books at the local store I think that would be difficult to come by, but I would invariably check.
