Getting rid of some decimal places

My problem is: I need to have numbers formatted such that only two decimals are included with the number. (e.g. 102.34 instead of 102.3438869879) I need to import these numbers (it's a pretty good chunk of numbers, too many for manual deleting) into an Access database. When I import the numbers from Excel it includes all the decimal places regardless of how it appears in the Excel file. My problem is that I don't know how to get rid of the excess decimal places without going and manually deleting the numbers cell by cell. Also, I need the numbers to be formatted as numbers in access. In other words, I can't import as text. When I do, I change the formatting back to numbers and the decimals reappear. Please help, its driving me nuts.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
I forgot to mention that I am using Excel/Access 2007. I can't find the 'Tools l Options l Calculations Tab'. Thanks for your help.

Nevermind, you have to go into the 'Excel Options' in the far upper right. Click on the large circle button (where you save, save as, print, etc) and then select Excel Options. From there you go to Advanced and then scroll down to 'When calculating this workbook:' Check the appropriate box.
