Eomonth equivalent in access

Hi Guys,

Is their a way to know the last day of month for any given date? just like the EOMONTH function in excel?

For Example:

if you a have fieldname of Delivery date - 1/20/2012 you can have an additional fieldname (preferably in query table) lets say closing date that would compute as 1/31/2012.

i hope someone can provide me an answer

Closing_Date: DateSerial(Year([Delivery_Date]),Month([Delivery_Date])+1,1)-1

Actually, you don't need the -1 part if you use 0 as the day:

Closing_Date: DateSerial(Year([Delivery_Date]),Month([Delivery_Date])+1,0)
