I need formula for calculating the expiry dates

Item Name Purchase Date / Mfg Date Best Before Expiry Date
ABC 12/07/2016 18/8/2016 ???
BCD 12/07/2016 6 Months ???
EFG 12/07/2016 1.5 Years ???

Any Formula for calculating the expiry dates automatically
Also pls tell how to attach the sheets here in this forum ..

you can simply add the number of days to the date and format as Date, for Ex; 12-07-2016+183(for 6 months)

If the expiration date for product BCD is 6 months after 07/12/2016 (July 12th, 2016), you can use the formula =EDATE(A3,6). This will return 01/12/2017 (January 12, 2017).

is it possible that the Expiry date is calculated by itself in the said column weather it be some date , months or years mentioned in the best before column
