Excel 2013 -Shared Document- while saving the file few rows entered in a sheet has been saved in to two sheets

Hi
We have shared a workbook to our team to enter analysis comments. After saving the sheet we found there are few rows has been saved in two sheets - instead of one sheet- which is unexpected. I have attached the track changes screenshot.
Is it a excel issue ? What would be the real cause for this issue ?
