Help with Pivot Table Data Calculation

I have data in a Pivot Table that I’m showing Sales by Quarter and Total Sales (Column) and Sales Rep (row). I want to show whether or not the Sales Reps have made the quarterly quota, and whether it’s below or above the quota, and the percentage of the how far away from the budget it is.

I’d like to add these percentages in the column labelled Sum of Booking Totals2, as they are exactly the same totals, just duplicated.

I’ve tried right clicking on the total and hitting Value Field Settings, going to Show Values As and that’s where I become confused as to how I get the percentages that meet the number in each quarter.

I’ve attached below the three sheets in my workbook….

I hope I’ve explained it relatively clear, been at for days now.

Any help would be appreciated.
