Re Use Power Query HOW???????

HI Guys
My mind is not functioning like it used to

I have an custom export file from Magento re customers i do this every few days and it is in csv format.

I have to import it into my Accounts software.

All the fields are different and fields need joining and deleting.

As they are csv the concept of macros and vbas is restrictive i believe.

But somebody (Bill Jelen) put me onto Power Query.

Which is awesome and easy to manipulate your data.

I have Excel 2013 and my issue is i cannot work out how i reuse it when i download my new data a few days later??

I tried saving the workbook but it loses the criteria setup so i have to do it all over again.

I have tried Google and Youtube but noting i am sure you must be able to save it and reuse it.
