Copy column variable number of times between start date and end date

Hi everyone, thank you in advance for the help!

I'm trying to build a macro that will copy column L a variable number of times depending on a start and end date. My start date is in C4 and end date in C5 (this location will never change). In column L, L7 is the year of the start date and L8 is the month of the start date. I am trying to copy column L across n times until the end year is in row7 of Nth column and end month is in row8 of Nth column.

Any suggestions???
