I have two columns if the line is sold we mark a 1 in the sold column if it did not sell we make a 1 in the not sold column. So at the bottom it will show numbers of how many we sold & how many we didn't sell. What I want to know is how to make a box show me that out of the 2 totals what % did we sell. So if we had 5 sold & 5 not sold we would show 50% sold. Thanks

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
=SUM(A1:A10)/SUM(A1:B10)

A1:A10 would be sold items (I.e. cells with 1 when sold)............B1:B10 would be not sold..........

Then just format the cell as percentage
