How to Distribute Data Equally Among specified People .

Hi,


I Have 10 People


Among 10 People I want to distribute the Numbers 1-10 Randomly between them . How to distribute them. Also the Number should not repeat .


This is a small example which I am quoting . I have a data set of 1200 . And I want to Distribute 1200 Data among 3 / 4 People .
The Data of 1200 Should be distributed equally among 3 / 4 People and Number should not be duplicate .


Please help
