Creating an .exe

Is it possible to creat an .exe file in Excel 2007 or 2010?

When I click that link I get this message:

Apparently forum moderators consider it cross posting if I put the same question in another forum entirely, a completely different web page. seems silly to me. So, as it is now my question has not been answered.

Stoven: to post the same question in another forum is actually the basic definition of cross-posting. Did you see my answer to your question in posts #2 and # 5 above? Did you also read my link provided in post #5?

Did you follow the link in post 5 not in post 2? And did you read the article on cross-posting yet? Do that! It matters - cross-posting can (and does) get you banned from forums.

I read the etiquette link and as I said the other link, the answer, tells me I don't permission to view it.
