Hello everyone,

Is there anyway to use the XIRR function with non-contiguous cash flows? Here is my dilema:

The first 24 cash flows for 10 scenarios are all the same. However, the 25th cash flow varies. Is there anyway to get this to work? I have tried the following equation but it won't work.

=XIRR((A1:A24,B25),C1:C25,.15)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
