Linked "Text"&TODAY() problem in

Hey guys
My problem today is actually a formula: TODAY()-format combined whith text problem

I want to add the text "Budget date" to todays date - as this: Budget Date 2010-12-08
My attempt result in this: Budget Date 40520
The result obviously looses the format when text and numbers are linked...or?
Do anyone know something about it?

Perhaps like this

="Today is "&TEXT(TODAY(),"dd/mm/yyyy")
