I recently bought and am reading "VBA & Macros for Microsoft Office Excel 2007" from MrExcel.com. (Well, actually I bought it from Amazon, but the book is written by Bill Jelen (the owner of this website) and Tracy Syrstad.) It is an excellent book for beginners.
