Changing to Chinese format??!

I have a user whose number format keeps changing to Chinese when she inserts a new row, however when I use the same spreadsheet at my computer, I do not have this issue.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

It might be worth checking the settings in the Control Panel's Regional and Languages settings...

Thats where I would start :)

Number format changing to chinese

That was my thought too. I checked that, and it is set to English.

Hang on - Number format is Chinese?

Do you mean the cell literally changes to a Chinese font, currency, or 'Format > Special > Chinese'?

I just tried to make mine do it but got confused at this part LOL

Yes, the number format changes to Chinese - on her computer - but not mine!
