Lotus macro that I need for an Excel file

Here is the macro that we ran in Lotus:

If the range named SPEC="CH" - / range SPECCH was copied to the range named DIMENSIONS - and the range name PRESSCHART was printed. It kept running until it found a match. We need to have the macro look for a match from a long list of choices - we have many specs. Hope this is enough information? Thanks for your help!
