My question wishes a theoretical answer:
Is possible to raise CSE-Formulate using ATP FUNCTIONS?
that is to say:
Can arm (TO MAKE,CREATING) ARRAY FORMULAS with Functions of the Analysis Tool Pack?

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
If a function is not designed (programmed) to return an array-object, that function cannot be used in a formula that needs array objects. Most if not all, ATP functions fit this category.
