I have a model that is taking some time to make calculations between steps. I show a "PLEASE WAIT" message on the status bar to inform the user to be patient... but the users would like to see something more obvious. Is there a way to show a message box in the middle of the screen that would inform to be patient? Some thing that does not have any button such as ok, yes, no , cancel, just a plain box with a message asking to be patient ?

Thank you

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Hi,

If you are running an XL version >= 2000 then one way to do this is by displaying a Modeless userform with a label on it to display the Wait message.

Regards.
