Hi Guys,

I am desperate - I have tried the other forums without much success.

This is a Word Problem??? - I know this forum is for Excel questions as i said i am desperately in need of help.

I have a large document which has certain clauses/phrases formatted in Italics. I need some coding that will find each clause and copy it to another document.

Thanks

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
A key bit of knowledge for anyone trying to help you is always what version of software you are running. If you are using Office 2003 this is about as easy as it gets, just use the built-in Edit | Find function.
