newbies unanswered questions

Hi, Boardmasters, gurus, Boardaddepts,
and last but not least BoardNewbies,

What do you think of this?

Could there be a method to give the Newbies first question some special importance? Imagine you post on the Board for the first time and you get no answer at all . That's not a good start to get in here, isn't it?

if you posted several questions at a time, consider asking only one
