Looking to use conditional formatting to change the row color at row changes.

I want the color to alternate between green and white. All data that is the same in first group is green, second group white, third green, etc.

For example

Test1 - green
Test1 - green
Test2 - none(white)
Test2 - none(white)
Test2 - none(white)
Test2 - none(white)
Test2 - none(white)
Test3 - green

etc.

How do I do this in conditional formatting?
