Hi,

I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but depending on the data in your underlying table, and depending on the variable names, create a new query and add the following items to your query : operator, date & hours. To calculate "efficiency" enter the following into the 4th field in the query :

efficiency : formatpercent([hours]/6,1)

Remember to use your variable name - I used the variable name "hours".

Save and run.

Whilst I have given you what I think you have asked for, hours/6 is not "efficiency" hence my reservations about whether this is correct or not.

Let us know how you get on.

HTH, Andrew. :)
