I looked through the search and tried to use generics but I couldn't find any answers... So I decided to to post this question... (remember ... bigtime beginner on Access)..
I created just a simple database with two tables...
First one has:
firstname
lastname
address
Second one has:
payrate
date
hours
just trying to keep it simple to learn...
My question is, after I created a form to enter employee's first name, last name, and address (three of them (just to learn))... then created a second form to put in pay rate, date, and hours... I enter it all in totally fine... but then when I go back into the form to add payroll for the same three employee's, it over writes everything.... what am I doing wrong... because I want it to list all the dates that I put in there... for later (reports)
Thank you
