HOW TO EXTRACT HIGHLIGHTED DUPLICATE ITEMS

Hi, i've got a sheet with some data across two columns (A & B IN SHEET 1)

what i've done is to set conditional formatting on the (sheet 1) A column to set duplicates to italic and red colour.

What i need to do is extract the highlighted red duplicates including the field next to them in column B to sheet 2 :huh:

Once thats done i need to run a countif on the duplicate data on sheet two and on the non-duplicate data on sheet 1 and save them on a table on sheet 3[/b]

instead of relying on color, use the same criteria used to produce the conditional formatting and copy the data.

ok i'll forget about using colour - but can anyone have an idea of a macro to do this:

i need to total how many times the each repairer has repaired each item - remember the numbers represent the repairer number not the times fixed
