Hi. Can I get all the specific information I need in one master file? Here's a vague explanation of what I want to do.

File 1

Name	Fruit	Country	Phone	Color
James Rick	Apple	Korea	555 555 5555	Red
Terry Williams	Grapes	Malaysia	444 444 4444	Blue

File 2
