Exporting select data from Excel sheet to a word Doc

Hello,

I have a order form which Multiple orders per line. Some orders have multiple lines if the customer purchased multiple items. I want to be able to export each order into a separate word document. Is there a way to do this?

Example

Order Number	Customer Name	Address	Contact Number	Item
123	Mike	123 Fashion Lane	818-222-5555	Tooth Brush
123	Mike	123 Fashion Lane	818-222-5555	Tooth Paste
123	Mike	123 Fashion Lane	818-222-5555	Comb
456	Sally	852 Bread st	212-555-2222	Spray
789	Joe	9999 Shop blvd	303-999-7777	Watch
789	Joe	9999 Shop blvd	303-999-7777	Shirt

<tbody>
</tbody>

So this example would create 3 word documents

1st one would have Mike's Information in it once and the list of items he was getting
Tooth brush, tooth Paste, and a Comb

2nd one would have Sally's information and her One item

3rd one would have Joe's information and his two items.
